New Listings of note:
22 Crescent Road in Riverside is a 1936, updated house built in the mission style, sort of (at least, it has a lot of light oak trim and such). Very nice house, but it backs up to Exit 5 of I-95′s. That never helps a home’s value but 5 bedrooms, huge back yard, great street. At $1.8ish, I think it offers a lot.
15 Stillman Lane, in Glenville is still under construction but I toured it yesterday with Matt Matthews, who has probably built more fine houses in town than anyone else. Matt thought that it was “the best new house I’ve seen in a long time” and spent a lot of time pointing out the many (expensive) details the builder (Gardner)included. Which is good enough for me. $5,525,000 and worth it.
