		<description><![CDATA[Aw, I was just kidding. I was first struck and amused by this statue 15 years ago while visiting D.C. The Scouts were in a panic over revelations about some of their Scout Masters&#039; goings on, I myself was working with a troop which forbade any one adult from being alone with boys, ever, and I saw this trio. It was obviously erected - if you&#039;ll pardon the term - in a more innocent time. 1937, to be precise, right outside the White House and on the spot where the scouts held their first Jamboree. Different times - I&#039;d say &quot;better&quot;, but WW II&#039;s horrors were just a few years away and in fact had already begun, in Germany.]]></description>
