No, that’s not the title of a new philosophy -psycho-drama flick – I’m referring to today’s new batch of sellers. I wasn’t wild about this house on Roosevelt when it came on for $2.495 back in June ’06 but I warmed to it a little when it sold a year later for $2.125 million. It’s back on now for $2.050 which may or may not work but is a darn sight better than the seller figuring out what he paid for it and adding 5% appreciation for each year of ownership.
