It is so ugly and unflattering. Compare this ugly duclkling of a house to Bella Nonna’s in Cos Cob (formerly a Dairy Queen)…..the basic shape is the same. Ugh, what a stupid idea.

Luckily or unfortunately, the sheetrock hides many imperfections in this beauty. Is it 3 plus million based on location cause not quality materials in this one.
