Compare this ugly duclkling of a house to Bella Nonna&#039;s in Cos Cob (formerly a Dairy Queen).....the basic shape is the same. Ugh, what a stupid idea.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I walked around this house as it went up. there was a neighboring house going up at the same time (this had perfection in contrast). this one you picture has ROUGH workmanship all over, plywork not abutting, subcontractors messing up fellow contractor moldings, even knocking out a window bringing supplies upstairs. Luckily or unfortunately, the sheetrock hides many imperfections in this beauty. Is it 3 plus million based on location cause not quality materials in this one.]]></description>
