For What It’s Worth · Greenwich, Connecticut real estate, politics, etc.
Property taxes are interesting for low earners but income tax rates mean a hell of a lot more to >$1MM/yr financiers (i.e., anyone competent >25yo)
Keep taxing them in Westchester and watch them leave.
