This place sold for $950,000 in 2003 and was flipped for $1.225 million in 2005. The new owner “renovated” it in 2007 (a renovation that consisted mostly of an interior paint job) and listed it in 2009 for $1.250. He sold it last week for $1,060,000 – not a home run, but better than, say, the John Hancock building in Boston did – that one lost $600 million for its buyer.

Chris,
Do you know the assessments of the Park Avenue house, as well as the Valleywood Road?
Also, what is your opinion of Dolphin Cove?
Dolphin Cove? What are you getting divorced?
Since we are asking for opinions.. What your opinion on 18 Keofferman?
Chris,
I thought 6 Park was a good deal. Nice little house in great neighborhood. Cheap living for Greenwich.
