Over at 35 Andrews Farm Road another price reduction has hit the old homestead, bought for $11.2 million in 2005, priced at $12.5 million in ’08 and now asking $10.4. Assessment’s just $5 million, so either the sellers have been enjoying a reduced ride from the town (most likely) or they still have a long way to go.

    Was buying at double+ the assessed value the norm in 2005? Did buyers have so much cash it was Assessment Schmassessment? And welcome home. Like so many others, we were worried something had happened to you.
