This house on Ivanhoe sold for $2.7 miillion in 2001 and for $3.150 in 2006. The second buyers put in, according to the listing, “new baths, heat, a/c, water heater, fencing and landscaping.” It sold Friday for $2.574 million.
Assessment (70% estimated 2005 market) is just $1.995 which gives some idea of where we were back then and where we are now. The unanswered question is, where are we going?
