For What It’s Worth · Greenwich, Connecticut real estate, politics, etc.
As I posted yesterday, exisiting home sales allow for people to migrate and, perhaps, a real estate agent gets a little boost as well.
A new home, on the other hand, actually creates a few jobs leading to an uptick in both residential investment and subsequent personal comsumption expenditures.
