Ole’s Creek

17 Hendrie Drive was first listed for $7.1 million, a silly price, even though, as creek neighbor, I cheered it on. It sold yesterday for $4.250, a huge premium over its assessed value of $2.7 million, and an inspiration for all of us with creek-front property. Brian Tunney of Cleveland, Duble & Arnold had the listing.

thats amazing, someone really liked that property, because the house was unimpressive.

the house had a quality renovation/addition, but it had a very strange layout. i am really surprised they got 4.2. they probably got that price because if you are looking to buy in riverside/old greenwich, there is nothing else on the market. riverside/old greenwich could definitely be a seller’s market right about now, bc i know of a few people looking to buy there, and there is no inventory.

Is this Hendrie Ave? Google maps doesn’t locate a Hendrie Drive

Hendrie Drive is in Old Greenwich, at the end of Edgewater.
