I guess this was a Segway to Heaven….
Seems like quite a decent fellow, grew up as a coal miner and was was “made redundant” when the British coal industry crashed in 1984. Much later became very well-off and donated something like twenty-five million US to various social causes, including a group to help returning British soldiers injured in Iraq and Afghanistan. We need more like him.
