Now his neighbor, with the entirely appropriate name of “Biff”, has dropped his own house from $5.950 to $4.950 million. Assessment is $4.990, so that seems close. Looks like a great house.

Makes lots of other houses look far too expensive…..
If you look at all the houses between 4.5 to 5m at least a third need to be a million dollars down.
The less expensive one is also waterfront
