Something fishy going on at Stamford Superior Court

Stamford Superior Court Marshall “Bo” Herring caught slapping the flounder in front of female prisoner. A Marshall’s job is a coveted appointment and obviously comes with some great fringe benefits, if you’re into this sort of thing.
