    Who wants to pay 2 – 3 million for land when you can grab a new construction in great location for under 5 ?

    That was a good deal. If you ask me Birch is one of the best blocks in mid country…very neighborhoody…..much better than Ivanhoe which also had a sale I see.

    Right price for 2 Birch. Still need to build a pool. The house is surrounded by teardowns. Go figure.
