    Dude:

So you actually managed to sell some dirt. How many years since your last closing? 10?

    You load.

What are your plans for the Stupor Bowl? I’ll supply the hookers if you bring the toots.

    Your pal,

  3. I know what you mean. I’m no longer stocking up on 3 boxes of pasta for $1, though I must say we do love Farfalla.

I know this will be public knowledge very soon (and listed on the real estate part of the paper), but where did this end up pricing? List was $6mm . . .

    • I’ll report that price when it sells but it’d be unfair to disclose it now, while the listing agent still has two more lots to sell. But I can say that this sale is combining what in my and the buyer’s opinion were the two best lots and the sales price, from an original $7.8 ask, was comfortably below the $6 million last shown. Still enough of a price to brighten my February, though.

Please try not to get too excited – at least give the impression that this happens monthly!
    You deserve it!
Just remember to give Frank a ‘taste’ as they say in CC – don’t give the shop away….
