622 Riversville Road has an accepted offer today, presumably at less than its last asking price of $2.299 million. It asked $4 million when it started this sale process in 2009, was purchased for $3.320 million in 1987 (!) and is burdened with a $2.835 mortgage. Owie.
Ugh. That house was a tear down. An absolute disaster! That’s a land sale only.
No argument here but most houses are worth about their land value these days.

This is Ahmad Rashad’s place. I used to see him driving out of his gates in his red Ferrari. Could not believe what a state of disrepair this place was in once I got inside. Gorgeous level property though.

Rashad was a football player/sports commentator who was a good friend of O.J’s. He was married to Felicia (Mrs. Cosby) for awhile, but she hated that house and they never lived there together.

If the new owners dont tear it down, I hope that they like Duran Duran, Pac Man, Parachute pants and mullet haircuts!! I love the ’80′s but for its music not its architecture or decor.
