Great picture, great price, no sale? What could the matter be?

11 Flower Lane

11 Flower Lane started at $2.7 million in 2008 but inexplicably failed to sell. It’s back with a new agent, this time with a new broker who, one hopes, will have a better camera.

Don’t think the realtors can be blamed here – the sellers are “experts” in everything – they don’t negotiate….

Curious — is there an agent in Greenwich that you haven’t insulted (not that it isn’t often deserved). What are the open houses like for you?

  3. Awkward, often, but I do occasionally hear, “you’re saying what we’d like to, but can’t”, and that’s gratifying.

Please – Chris keep going. Too bad if the truth hurts. Not so sure why these agents take it personally that you blow the transparent cover off their sales tactics. Meanwhile, they will insult you. Moreover, I can’t believe the financially savvy wall street folks buy into the desperate housewives of greenwich turned agent real estate up sell. I guess money is blind like love. It has been interesting to watch what shakes out when neither is left.
