Don’t think the realtors can be blamed here – the sellers are “experts” in everything – they don’t negotiate….
Curious — is there an agent in Greenwich that you haven’t insulted (not that it isn’t often deserved). What are the open houses like for you?

Moreover, I can’t believe the financially savvy wall street folks buy into the desperate housewives of greenwich turned agent real estate up sell. I guess money is blind like love. It has been interesting to watch what shakes out when neither is left.
