Forty Locusts, reported as an accepted offer in January, is back on the market, still asking $1.995 million. It’s not my house but after 949 days on the market and a price reduction from $2.795 to $1.995, I’d suggest that the price is still too high.

What ever happened to this Noel character?
Still up on 175 Round Hill Road, still partying at Round Hill Club across the street and still yucking it up with those few of his friends who wil speak to him. He’s got a ten million dollar lein against his $2.9 million house, so he’s not going anywhere. No pending criminal charges, apparently.
To put that lien into context, Noel still owns several other properties around the globe including a $20 million house in Southampton. He and that “Swiss Brazilian” wife Mo-nica have kept it low key here, while living large in other parts of the world, including taking the whole extended family to Switzerland for skiing, and presumably hidden money counting, over Christmas. The word at Round Hill is the Noels will be OK, but the son in law the Columbia Piedrita has a hit out on him.
Nice house. REALLY nice house. But then I’m that kinda guy.
This is bullshit! Walter and Monica are being painted into a corner here by their enemies, while they are, in reality, the bees’ knees!
I think everyone here loves our Walt; the other, not so much.
Sounds like Noel does not have much to worry about.
@Luke, it sounds like you need to grab the missus and give Chris a call.
@Luke, on second thought…neve mind. I just realized that location suffers more airport noise and at a closer distance than EOS complains about (occasionally).
