Ah! One more reported contract

10 Martin Dale. Asking, at the end, $2.495, and probably going for something less than that. Best land in central Greenwich: flat, 0.7 acres in R-20 zone and a dead end street close to town.

Or that’s what I told my clients, anyway, and they believed me. Gideon Fountain listing, oddly enough.

A payday for both Fountain boys coming up? Congrats!

I looked at this. The builders were hovering at 1.9-2.0. End-user can afford to pay more but at anywhere close to 2M this is a great buy.

    • It’s a great buy. The seller got a bit less than he’d hoped for and the buyer paid a bit more than he’d hoped, and that’s usually the sign of a good result for both parties.

  3. Great location.
