For that matter, why is Ruth still enjoying her stay in Old Greenwich? Peter Madoff, brother of Bernie and former compliance director [sic] for Madoff’s security firm, will plead guilty tomorrow. Ten year sentence, disgorgement of $143 billion dollars (which presumably he doesn’t have, so that part’s easy) and forfeiture of all assets not safely hidden in the Caymans.
Greenwich Fairfield Group also claimed to have a compliance department and they performed their duties in that regard exactly as Peter Madoff did. So again, why isn’t Walter sharing a cell with his Round Hill Road neighbor Raj?
Not only did Walt have a Compliance Department, he bragged about it in his sales literature. Also, when asked by a junior salesman who was having trouble with a potential investor because the investor said he could get into Madoff cheaper through another feeder fund, Walt told the salesman, “We do better due diligence.”

I stayed close to Ezra Merkin. You know who he is right? Jewish Royalty!! From the in depth due diligence process that we deployed at FGG, we knew Ezra’s funds had billions with Bernie. So we figured as long as Ezra was in, we were safe. Right? RIGHT!!
We always figured Bernie would have no problem screwing some WASP’s from Greenwich. That little shyster. But we never in a million years thought he would screw someone like Ezra, who is like the grand poobah of the New York Jewish community. Makes sense doesn’t it?

greg bowes is still listed on a fgg lawsuit but still raises cash for his mother in law hedge fund madeleine albright. why would you invest when the guy did so well at noel firm.

Her perceived crime, like Noels with Madoff et al, was doing business with a super Jew, in her case Alfred Taubman, Sotheby’s owner.
