    Chris, I think the reason Bloomberg did not include beer in his ban is because, unlike fountain soda, beer is heavily taxed at the tap so the government can’t afford to ban big glasses of beer. Dollar Bill is probably incensed that Romney doesn’t pay excise taxes on alcohol and cigarettes (in addition to opposing his low capital gains tax rate and charitable deductions).
