FOURTEEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($14,100,000) AND NO ONE HUNDREDS DOLLARS. Hey, they were asking $14.5 so I guess a bargain was achieved.
I guess what is confusing is that 12 Indian Drive is linked to 12 Rocky Pt, with a listing price of $3,375,000
