This has definitely been a pretty dead beginning to the Fall market, right? I know the stats aren’t out yet… but it doesn’t seem good…
Things may improve: the first big v formation of geese just flew by, and by their direction, it looks like they’re headed for Greenwich.
We may be returning to the olden days when owners stayed in their homes long enough to have a Mortgage-Burning Party. The new angle is that the mortgage isn’t paid, just burned.
I’d love to stay in one house and never have the upheaval of moving but only if the house was updated every 10 years.
