    Assume 1% 0f 1% (0.0001) of those folks will buy a home through Lockwood & Mead’s premier agent, Christopher Fountain, Esq., KCBE, x-Governor RYC, etc.

    That is 10,000,000 x 0.0001 = 1,000 transactions.

    1,000 transactions x Greenwich median price of $2,000,000 = $2,000,000,000 in transaction value
    - that’s Trillion with a “T” practically big enough to be gub’mint money!
    - won’t the GAR Evil Princess be tickled pink at that number !
    - assumes you leave the lesser Cos Cob transaction to that other guy in your office, that liberal whatshishame, the one who carries placards for the Dems at train stations.

    $2,000,000,000 x 0.025 commish split for you (2.5%) = $50,000,000
