CBS: Will white men sink Obama? He’s certainly doing his best to sink us.
The MSM is gagging at the recent polls; they are struggling to put a positive spin on Romney being ahead, even in polls that the libs tout.
The number that I am happiest to equalize is that of the women vote. Obama had a double-digit lead and now it’s tied. I think the whole Sandra Fluke thing backfired and one by one women are deciding they want to make a choice that is right for themselves, not be told or be deemed as a bloc. But singularly the most offensive ad to women, IMHO, worse, done by a woman, is the Your First Time, a blatantly sexual ad, that the Obama campaign took almost 100% from Putin’s campaign. This, and calling Romney a bullshi**er, is his hope and change?
Want to go for a sail Monday ?
We may sink……
CBS has pulled out all of the stops in its desperate bid to get their candidate re-elected. 60 minutes is airing an Obama infomercial on the economy this Sunday.
Actually, Chris – your post is too restrictive. Obama is quite generous in spreading the pain around…. his policies and actions have certainly been disastrous for many of all races, religions, sex, etc.
…even the unborn.
What are the chances that Romney wins Ohio? 25%?
Romney is not ahead because National Polls do not matter. That’s the way the Electoral Map crumbles. Without Ohio, Romney is finished. I do not see a path for him to victory without that state.
This election is not as close as people think. Obama wins 75% of the time because he wins Ohio 75% of the time.
I was recently gob-smacked by a long-time liberal friend who suggested that since I appeared to be intelligent enough to understand the unquestionable superiority of Obama’s policies, the only reason I was opposed to voting for him is that I am a racist who cannot stand having a black man in a higher position than me. I pointed out that, with all the many AA meetings available in New York City, I often choose to attend meetings in Harlem, hardly the sensible choice for a racist. My friend then said that the only possible explanation was that I am a closet racist. What defense could I possibly mount against such an attack? Therefore, I am voting for Obama.
Unlike any of his liberal predecessors, Obama’s tortuous doubts about American exceptionalism lead to a sense of his estrangement from his own country. (Charles Kesler, I Am the Change).
Obama is an American in the passport-sense. But after 4 years, voters are concluding he’s not American in the same way as most of us. He doesn’t love America. Around his inauguration in 2008, he said he wanted to transform America. This doesn’t sound like love of country. Do you know anyone who said upon getting married, “I’m ready to transform you. (You need it.)” How did that marriage work out?
A few more days and this bizarre interlude (the teleprompter, it’s-not-my-fault presidency) should be over.
I’m thinking everyone who isn’t a white male had better pray that white men do sink him, that is if they retain any hope at all that we’ll ever recover from Obama’s CLUSTERF*CK of an administration.
This made me cry like a little bitch. I am still blowing snot bubbles.
Walt: Thank you!
Don’t know if it’s true, but I was in RI last week and was told that it didn’t matter what the people of RI think because they are not Ohioans.
