I’ve got two boxes of tin foil, but I’m going out to buy some more: I’m going to need it to get through this storm. Back in the 90s the government had a hurricane drill for a make believe storm named Sandy that followed the exact same track and scenario as this one.

Supposedly the government can create hurricanes:
