I still have power but no cable/internet. Mr. EOS says all is out in RI. Poor dear.
Our second son is trying to get home from NC, driving a truck and hauling his motorcycle trailer. He finally quit in VA, where he hit some SNOW and truckers said much of 95 is shut down.

pulled up – don’t know what direction that might be, but there was a big fire on Binney Lane – house completely engulfed – storm conditions made fighting the fire extremely difficult.

Hope your son’s safe, EOS.
I’m not sure if it’s the substation over by Innis that’s been putting on a show for the last half hour – wowza! Can’t believe it hasn’t blown yet.

CT hammered again – 545,000 meters without power, and counting.
3:32 am – Gotta be that substation hummin’ again. Two loud blasts and the sky lit up like Grand Central.
BTW, Snopes calls that image a photoshop. I hope all is well.
