I’m getting a feeling that the appraisal is killing the sale.
Could that be?
Entirely possible – it happens, but there are any number of ways a sale fails, so I won’t pretend to know what’s wrong with this property or even if there’s anything wrong a all.
But it’s not selling, we know that.
It’s not the appraisal. The owners have not lived in the house
for almost a decade. It has been rented and severely neglected.
There are major (read $$$$) issues at every turn necessary to
bring the house up to standard.
