This 1898 property was first listed for sale in 2007 for $8.3 million and steadily dropped its price over the next 797 days until it reached $6.8 million in 2009, when it was pulled from the market by its disappointed seller. Now it’s back, with a notation that unspecified “renovations” were performed in 2012. The market does seem to have improved so perhaps between the new climate and those renovations, it will sell now.
