Did anyone else watch the Obama press conference, or as I called it, the “I’m going to Hawaii and you’re not Ninner Ninner Obamacare is good for the country and you are all losers” waste of national airtime.

He did say that he would have some new, great ideas after some sun and sleep. In five years I have never heard an original, creative, or thoughtful idea come from out of his mouth. What a tool.

    Anybody see this.
US military thinks tea party members and anyone who believes in Jesus and the Bible to be enemy’s of the state??

As an expert lip reader, I was able to understand what Barack said to Michelle as they deplaned AF1 in Hawaii this morning.

“I may have to change my platform about income disparity. It’s positively grand to live off the 1%ers taxes”.

While the LGBT community wants everyone to be understanding and accepting of their way of life and beliefs to the point of forcing it on everyone, apparently they have no tolerance of other peoples points of views.

“For the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD), suspending Phil Robertson from Duck Dynasty over his comments regarding homosexuality isn’t enough – now they are calling for Robertson to be RE-EDUCATED [emphasis mine].

GLAAD was instrumental in forcing A&E’s hand in the decision to discriminate against Robertson for expressing his First Amendment right. GLAAD met with A&E representatives on Wednesday morning urging them to take action against Robertson and by the evening the Duck Dynasty star had been suspended.

While admitting that they have received an unprecedented backlash over their role in Robertson being suspended, GLADD are by no means finished. They are now calling for Robertson to be re-educated on gay issues by making him meet with homosexual families in some kind of bizarre Alcoholics Anonymous-style treatment. …”

This is true locally as well – try to have a less than wholly-endorsing view of homosexuality and open homosexual behavior at the First Congregational Church in OG. Political correctness has been running amok there for at least a dozen years, despite the individual member’s “right of private judgment” which it is supposed to hold absolutely sacrosanct.

I went to a Greenwich church with friends recently and on the program was the church’s tagline:
Inclusive, Because Diversity was God’s Idea.

        Really?

      Dude –
No matter how you look at it, we are in a Stalinist era. Both Lenin and Stalin knew that if they could control language and limit free speech, they could dominate the masses. Hitler knew this as well. And so do the Libtards.

The MSM has already sold out, and is nothing more than Libtard propaganda. Now, whenever ANYBODY disagrees with a person of special interest, they are immediately classified as being a racist, a hater, or ignorant. The fact is, most people don’t agree with everything, all the time. And that is a GOOD THING!! People in these special interest groups often disagree with others yet they are the ones that make an issue out of the situation. What does this say about them?

How can these people expect others to subscribe and support their beliefs if they are not willing to equally support others? Isn’t that what equality is?

People are all different, and that is a good thing. The libtards preach diversity, but they want us to all think the same. It’s moronic. If this duck dude has a problem with homo’s, that is his right. I don’t agree with him, but I defend his right to say it. And if we do somehow stop him from saying it, it doesn’t change how he will feel. So what have we accomplished? NOTHING!! In fact, we have taken a major step backwards. You frigging morons. NO ONE HAS A CONSTITUTIONAL OR GOD GIVEN RIGHT NOT TO BE OFFENDED!!

Facist’s want everyone to have the same beliefs. Everyone is the same. That is why the slant eyed, dog eating North Koreans all dress in black pajamas. Which is an idea I could get behind, BTW. They want EVERYONE to CONFORM TO WHAT THEY DECIDE YOU SHOULD BELIEVE!! The individual no longer matters. THAT IS WHAT WE WANT? But it is where we are headed.

Anyhows, this assault on free speech and political correctness at all cost is going to be the death of this Nation. And it is happening quickly.

What do you think? You homo.

      Walt

Why is it that the same left that wants Christians to shut up and that denies them their right to speak their beliefs embraces Muslims and their right to their beliefs?

“If we are to accept in the aftermath of the ‘Duck Dynasty’ controversy that criticism of homosexual activity represents “hate speech,” then the Qur’an, which advocates stoning gay people to death, should also be denounced as hate speech and banned.

According to Democratic Party political pollster Bernard Whitman, who appeared on Fox News yesterday, along with a plethora of other leftists, Phil Robertson’s comments are hateful and said they shouldn’t be allowed to be aired in public.

Yet the Qur’an, which clearly states that homosexuality is punishable by violent torture and death, is not subjected to anywhere near the same level of vitriol as that leveled against Phil Robertson by leftists. Why is that?

Let’s contrast what Robertson said in comparison to what the Qur’an says about homosexuals; …”

Walt goes dancing. He figures he’s going to nail all these little cuties, but even with his minimalist dance moves, wears himself out and falls asleep before he gets a chance to score. Shwing!

    Cos Cobber:
As a follow up to our conversation earlier, just home from lunch at Coast, the old Nuage restaurant. Not bad. Not perfect. Pretty empty for lunch but we attributed it to a busy pre-Christmas day when most people are out shopping or gathering, and not thinking of eating lunch out. They have Prix Fixe lunch menu, three courses for $22. Three of us opted for that; one had lunch on the a la carte side of the menu. I had the PEI mussels (a tad bland, not cooked in garlic or wine) but okay. Second course I had the tuna steak and that was excellent. Good wasabi mayo with it and a veggie mix. Dessert, each of the four of us had something different – I had the bread pudding. It was meh. Hubby had lemon tart which he said was good. Other two had creme brulee. It cost of $155 after coffees and tip so not cheap for lunch for four. The service was okay, but they’d bring three dishes out and the fourth person was hung up waiting. The others had salmon terriyaki, sea bass, and one had fettuccine with shrimp. On a scale of one to ten, I’d give it a 6.5 or 7. I’d go back, maybe try dinner menu which they said had more items on it.

Thanks for reporting back EOS. Its funny you ventured 25 mins from your house to this joint that is less than 1 minute from mine and yet, I have to turn to you for the scoop! That sounds like a rather ho-hum experience. What this town needs is more places like boxcar cantina, sundown saloon, gingerman, centros…places that are kid friendly or at least kid friendly at lunch and from 5 to 7pm. Otherwise, if the aim is to be up a few notches – then I prefer the loud places with crowds like Dolce Cubano or the full bore foody (and perhaps stuffy) joints like Rebeccas. I tend to skip the places that fall inbetween (Morello).

Nuage was good. I am sorry it didn’t make it. I think the problem was it was a bit too fancy for the location…

      Dude –
This is a travesty, an abomination, and abhorrent!! George Baily was an innocent victim. Done in by a dumb uncle. All George wanted to do was see the world, help people, and have mad monkey sex with Donna Reed. Nothing wrong with that.

Jordan Belfort, on the other hand, was a money hungry, rip off con artist. Played by the obviously gay Leo DeCaprio. NTTAWWT. Leo? Tell me that doesn’t set your gaydar off.

But think about it. Jimmy Stewart vs. Leo DeCaprio. Jimmy Stewart vs. Leo DeCaprio? All American he man male vs. guinea grease ball HOMO!! YOU CAN’T COMPARE THE TWO!! IT’S OFFENSIVE!!

It’s a Wonderful Life is a cinematic classic. Right up there with Debbie Does Dallas and Behind the Green Door.

Let’s not cheapen it, shall we? You disgusting heathen. Let’s watch this to class it up a bit. OK?

      Your Pal,
      Walt
