    What is it that you have against this guy?

      Just a general feeling that one shouldn’t charge investors $200 million a year while promising to vet hedge fund managers and in fact doing nothing except cash those checks. Other than that, I’m sure he’s a very nice person – certainly his friends say he is.

    $7.5 billion, +8%/year, 2% management fee + 20% of profits = $270 million. And that’s just for the Madoff portion.

    If Walt were the good guy his supporters claim he would say, “I got hoodwinked. I am sorry. I will return to my clients all the fees I received from Madoff.”
