There seems to be some optimism out there among Greenwich real estate agents and, while it’s true that everyone seems busy showing houses, I wouldn’t say boom times are upon us yet. But there is some life.

We have, as of this Saturday morning, September 26, 679 single family homes for sale.

In August, 41 single families went to contract, and 34 have gone to contract this month:
