Hearing concluded and I will honor the hearing panels’ order of confidentiality. Unless, of course, something comes of this and we all end up in a court of law. Until then, I will go back to selling houses, or trying to.

Anon; I quote the sage, Mr. Kenny Rogers: Three hungry children and a crop in the field”.
Have you been stripped of your ability to negatively opine on real estate?
If they do, we will no longer have a confidentiality problem but we will have a First Amendment problem.
Does the order of confidentiality allow you to wax poetic about said property or is the last we’ll see and hear of the plaid and fuscia vomitorium?
What property? Every house in Greenwich is on the very best possible street, represents the very best value in town and is priced superbly.
I am going to conclude that nothing happened other than you agreed to not speak on the matter to confirm that nothing happened. If anything did happen, its RICO time.
No decsion was made while I was present, CC, and i am heading off to Venice tomorrow so I shall just have to wait and see. I may make some new friends in Italy though, just in case ….
Has the Board got an extradiction agreement with the local Board in Venice?
You could hitch a ride with Roman !!!!
your were my last bastion for good, honest reporting..oh well..back to Doonesbury…
Oh, stick around, Anon. If I’m told to shut down, it will be years before any final legal action is determined and until then I’ll be doing my thing.
“Every house in Greenwich is on the very best possible street, represents the very best value in town and is priced superbly.”
Et tu brute?
(Though I assume your comment was tongue in cheek.)
Your assumption is correct, IB’R.
Weasel Boy –
I knew it. You talk tough, but when the chips are down, you fold like a cheap suit. Where are your big boy pants? Gettem on. Glad I am not the only one in pampers.
As beautiful and nice as ever.
Il noleggio check liquidati, eh? Buon divertimento.
real journalism dying a slow death everywhere…first the newspapers, then google blogs, now this…
Walt: Chris didn’t “fold like a cheap suit”, he folded like a cheap camera. The expression you were grasping at (apparently) was “All over him like a cheap suit”. Good lord, man, straighten up!
You should all move to Rowayton.
Do they have underwater real estate in Venice, too? Please let us know. Perhaps Greenwich can become known as Venice West?
Venice is a ruse..they banished you, huh? Hahahah
Going to Venice?! Now you will really get to see some dwellings that are under water! ;-))
BTW, you MUST try the genuine Bellini at Harry’s Bar.
“Walt: Chris didn’t “fold like a cheap suit”, he folded like a cheap camera. The expression you were grasping at (apparently) was “All over him like a cheap suit”. Good lord, man, straighten up!”
Or an alternate description: He/she rolled over like a Bangladeshi ferry boat.
However, I am 100% certain Chris wouldn’t take any guff without a spirited and well reasoned rebuttal.
Was in Venice last year. Hope you have a great time…your $$ will go nowhere but WTF.
I also hope your episode with Saint Sally doesnt
affect the ‘verdict’.
for the person who opposed Chris today – let me say – your house is overpriced and not so great.
You’re a broker, aren’t brokers supposed to have opinions as to what value is? As a buyer should I not expect a fair and impartial judgement from my broker?
