Sometimes being a landlord doesn’t pay

Police find remains of 400-500 dead animals in Philadelphia rental home. My guess is that the security deposit won’t cover the cost of that clean up.

  1. I work for a guy who owns a ton of rental properties and this doesn’t surprise me in the least. It’s amazing what renters will leave behind and what they do inside those homes. One guy even stole Garage Floor Tiles out of the garage. The landlord totally forgot he had that expensive flooring until it was to late.

    Used houses are nasty things…
But nothing a good staging won’t help in fooling next renter/buyer
