Greenwich High Math team
Couldn’t resist when I logged onto the Internet and saw my neighbors’ son, Warren Bein, in the Greenwich Time. The GHS Math Team is seeking to repeat last year’s success (Warren’s the young man in the front row, right, in a red sweatshirt). Good luck guys, and you go, Warren! Check out the linked-to article, by the way, if you want to feel good about our town. Judging solely by last names, these champs would seem to have ancestors from all over the world (even Ireland, God bless us!) and here they are in Greenwich, doing great things. Neato.

Hooray for GHS and the hometown school! As I have said many times, GHS offers the most comprehensive and advanced programs in the area. Now, if we could only do something about a dress code….

fyi that house on cat rock we discussed last week is already back on the market at 2.995, so kudos to the bank for not wasting any time after foreclosure. I drove by it, it looks quite nice but also quite silly crammed in the cul de sac with three other large newbies, but I guess that’s cat crap for you.
