132 Hendrie Ave, not much of a cape and on the rail road tracks, but still a good yard, has sold for $795,000. It started at $1.095 two years ago and if memory serves, a client of mine offered substantially more than its final selling price back then but the market was just beginning its tailspin and the owners thought they could do better. Sometimes that works, Sometimes not.
UPDATE: 108 Shore Road, in OG, sold for $1.6 million. I’m surprised it fetched this much, as the demolition sign is already posted. Unless there really are two building lots there, which seemed to have been in some dispute. Guess we’ll find out.
