    Disappointed, but not surprised, in recent events, revealing that cos. like BP or JNJ, in rather high profit margin industries, clearly bungled basic safety stuff that costs trivial amounts but may have reduced risks (and costs to shareholders) significantly: moron, corrupt senior executives in both instances IMO

    But smart investors price these risks into their valuations before investing in inherently risky industries and/or cos. with weak managers, so have little sympathy for investors who didn’t value risks properly
