Chris–off topic, but I’ve been asked to sign a tenant authorization agreement. In 30 years of living and renting in this town, I’ve never heard of such a thing or been asked to sign one. Should I? What are the pros and cons? Thanks, Bill
Bill – I don’t know what a “tenant authorization agreement” is. Can you supply details?
Chris, the title is “Exclusive Right to Represent Tenant Authorization” and I guess it means pretty much what it says. However, one of the provisions is that the realtor can also represent the landlord as well as the tenant, which makes me scratch my head.
