2004 prices? One Highgate Road, down at the end of Indian Head, sold for $3.225 in 2005, tried for $3.895 this past March and has been cut to $3.495 today. I’m not saying that it’s going to fall to its 2005 price and keep going, but the trend is definitely down. Assessment is $2.11
Even in 2005 I thought $3.2+ was very high. Highgate is low with cattails in your back yard. Maybe that is just local knowledge the buyers did not know. House is basic colonial not as much in demand these days. If seller gets in the high two’s the market has nothing to apologize for.
Side note: 11 PINECREST RD closed. Give your pal Franklin a call.
What’s wrong with cattails? Not everyone can live on A grade waterfront.
Roundup ™ does work.
11 Pinecrest closed at $1.495. Sounds about right for half an acre in the R-20 zone in Riverside.
I’d have kicked in a few bucks if it would have encouraged Franklin to leave.
