Slow motion train wreck

How low can you go?

I don’t have any particular animus against W. Lyon Farm but it’s kind of fascinating to be on the sidelines watching as the condo units there climbed up and up in the 90’s and early 2000’s and are now, ever so slowly, falling back to earth. Here’s the latest victim, 123 West Lyon Farm, reduced today to $849,000. It sold for $1,032,500 in April 2007 and has been back up for sale since September, 2010, when it started at $1.1 million.

It sold for $895,000 in 2003 and before that, $475,000 in September, 1999. It should end up somewhere between those two prices, I should think.

  1. This is too easy. Fun With Photos By EOS.

The entry shot so blurry as if broker was in such a hurry to get into next room, he/she couldn’t be bothered to get an in-focus photo.

Check out the master bedroom photo. Owner is either leaving or just returning from vacation, suitcase, hat, and all.

Good luck opening the MBR closet door with the TV on that stand.

Head and Shoulders shampoo in the shower.

    Dear Broker: Please start over.
