“Koch Brothers muppets!”, says Dollar Bill

Hurry, the water's rising!

Former astronauts slam NASA for its “extreme” global warming position.

Nearly 50 former NASA scientists, astronauts and technologists are chastising NASA for its position on man-made climate change.

In a March 28 letter addressed to NASA Administrator Charles Bolden, the group of 49 former employees ask NASA and the Goddard Institute for Space Studies to “refrain from including unproven remarks in public releases and websites” because “it is clear that the science is NOT settled.”

“As former NASA employees, we feel that NASA’s advocacy of an extreme position, prior to a thorough study of the possible overwhelming impact of natural climate drivers is inappropriate,” the letter reads.

You’re so naive; the science has been settled and it works like this: Scary tales of Global warming are a sure-fire way to wring money from the masses and bring about a banker controlled, central, global government under the auspices of the UN. Scams are rarely factual but almost always deal in verisimilitudes, or assertions posing as “truths”; the all important thing being that they sound good. The only thing in question is will the fish take the hook; are you willing to become a slave to ease your guilt and fear?

“New regulations proposed by the government will prevent people making significant home improvements unless they also pay for energy saving measures such as loft or wall insulation for existing foundations at the same time.

The work, aimed at reducing the carbon footprint of Britain’s homes, will add 10 per cent to the cost of the initial project, with more expensive work such as conservatory extensions requiring a greater “green” outlay.

Home owners who are unable to afford the additional cost will be told to borrow it under the government’s Green Deal, under which the money is paid back with interest via energy bills.

The new regulations, which will apply to specified home improvements including loft and garage conversions, conservatory extensions, and boiler or window replacements, could come into effect as early as October when the Green Deal is set to be officially launched.”

Your “free” energy audit will require you to make improvments prior to property sale.
Lenin & Mao must be envious……while Trotsky is saying “told you so”

What can a global UN dictate to China? nothing.

The US military/NATO is the supposed muscle for this nwo? Lost in Korea, Vietnam, won in Panama and Grenada, a draw in Iraq, and losing a 10 year battle with the Taliban? The gang that couldnt shoot straight who uses trillion dollar fly swatters are not going to globally dominate anything. Especially if they are buying their military electronics from china

Anonymous 8:24, what makes you think that the US or NATO is pulling the strings. The US doesn’t even control its own money, and has absolutely no idea of what the Fed is doing and who it’s giving money to. The country is currently being run by a globalist puppet. NATO? Greece and Italy are currently being run by unelected bankster surrogates. The Taliban? created by the US. Panama? Run by a US installed puppet; same thing for Iraq. Vietnam? A false flag operation so Johnson could win the election, and they have lots of oil. Korea? Provoked by General MacArthur. Grenada? Regan’s feel good moment. And of course Libya has worked out real good: a war to end civil rights abuses with the US/NATO backed winners (Al Qaeda) now in charge of Libya’s vast arsenal of anti-aircraft missiles (a future excuse for taking away rights and freedoms) and torturing and killing civilians in far greater numbers than Gaddafi and spreading out across Africa.
But wars are old school as far as defeating enemies goes. Banksters have historically caused them, backed both sides and sat back and reaped the profits. The new way to take over countries is through economic means without firing a single shot. Right now the main target for destruction is the good ol’ USA which is in the process of being neutered — a once great industrial giant that now is incabable of making anything except hamburgers, maybe.

CF: As everyone but the Kenyan Muslim Socialist Usurper knows by now, climate scientists are nothing but a bunch of biased, wooly-headed liberal tree-huggers. Unlike the brave and utterly impartial energy industry. What happens when the oil runs out? Worry not. The only energy policy we need is to Drill Baby Drill, like God intended. Or Ayn Rand. Whatever. This has been another chapter in Fountainhead wisdom.

I know that deep down in his gut DB is hoping Obama loses so he can go back to watching the Jon Stewart Show, which has been so unfunny for the last four years. We can only hope: his show was quite entertaining and well worth watching during the Bush years.

What’s hilarious to me is hearing for the umpteenth time that the “science is not settled,” a favorite catch phrase of the denialist cult, and that talk of man-made global warming is “extreme.” The only thing that is extreme is the deluded, stick-your-head-in-the-sand ignorance of the Teabagger crowd towards science. I see that ignorance is alive and well on this site.

    • OK, let’s buy your premise: forty-nine NASA scientists are homosexuals – so what? Only a homophobic racist like you, Bill, would suggest that their sexual preference affects their ability to understand science. Are you really the mainstream Democrat you claim to be? How disturbing.

Audi’s 2010 ‘Green Police’ spoof commercial may not be far off becoming reality with the announcement that the Department of Homeland Security is creating new “environmental justice” units that will be empowered to oversee regulations in conjunction with local government.

In its Environmental Justice Strategy document, the DHS says the idea is to “include environmental justice practices in our larger mission efforts involving federal law enforcement and emergency response activities” and to incorporate environmental justice in “securing the homeland”.

The DHS sees its role in promoting “environmental justice” as not just limited to overseeing reviews of its own operations, but also “through regulatory permitting activities” in conjunction with state, local and tribal governments.
