o/t but this is pretty significant: Bloomberg endorses Scott Brown over Warren. I’m surprised. I don’t know what weight Bloomberg’s endorsement carries. I doubt any, but nice that he is willing to be involved in his home state and raise money for someone else.

PS: If anyone owns Zynga stock, you won’t be buying any new house in Greenwich any time soon. Ouch!

Were there gun shots over by the Glenville Rockefeller property last night around 2am? Did anyone hear about this? A black bear or cheating husband?

Maybe its because of this ( just got it in email):

Last months RealtyTrac reports are now estimating 4 million loans in some stage of foreclosure.

Lenders holding shadow inventory will be releasing them over the next 2-3 years.

xyz.com is now being used by Chase, Wells Fargo and CitiMortgage for locating Real Estate Agents who can perform Broker Price Opinions!
