126 Parsonage Road has been marked down today to $3.925 million. It started off in February, 2011 at $4.975, so this has been a slow climb down to get to a million dollar reduction. The house sold new, by the way, for $3.650 million in 2001, so this new price looks pretty good.

So this is the house designed by the blind architect in town?? Geez louise, looking at the exterior of this house makes me dizzy -so many shapes and cones and railings and stories. Oh my.
whoever paid $3.1 in 2001 got ripped off
not a good looking house. at least the backyard is like a 60ft drop to a pond
