    Dude –
    Now this article list’s 22 of the 13 things your real estate agent won’t tell you. Really!! So it had to be written by a real estate “professional”:

    The only math they can do is 6% of any number.
    I read the list, and didn’t think it was very good. Why didn’t they include having sex on your kitchen counter? Or that they will try on your panties? And drop a deuce and not flush?
    Why aren’t those on the list?

    My neighbors and I have been looking at this dump-pile in our midst for the past two years. The very loud sounds today of a gigantic back hoe cracking, hacking, whacking and tearing away at huge chunks out of this “mansion” have been most welcome. Good bye and good riddance.
