Look for Obama and Congress to rewrite this law soon

When the U.S. Supreme Court rejected a woman’s claim for age discrimination because the statute of limitations had expired, Obama called on Congress to re-write the law and extend the limitations period*, which our civil rights-minded legislators promptly did, voting in The Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act while on their legs while their paws sticking up.

Now that an Iowan jury has ruled against a law professors claim of discrimination because federal law prohibits naming an institution as defendant and demands that an individual be sued instead, even though the jurors were convinced that the University of Iowa had indeed discriminated against a conservative professor because of her political beliefs, can we expect the same relief from our president?

You bet.

*Ledbetter could have sued under the Fair Pay Act, which has no statute of limitations, but for reasons known only to herself and her lawyers, chose to sue under Title VII instead.

I bet you could be good for at least 5-10k signatures,

This is example #56,934,903 of cultural and legal bias against conservatives (in this case, against a conservative law school professor).

Here’s example #56,934,904: Obama visits a foreign country, mispronounces the names of the important leaders he is to meet, and no one reports on it:
However, when Romney, who ran an Olympics, visited the London Olympics and agreed with many Londoners that some aspects were ill-prepared, the media universally treats that as a “gaffe” which disqualifies him from the Presidency….

What most of you guys don’t realize is that America is already dead, and what some of you see as signs of life is just post mortem twitching, sort of like a chicken that just got its head cut off running around. There’s much talk on the web of Obama winning a third, fourth, as many terms as he likes — emperor for life. Most people wouldn’t put much stock in that idea: there is the 22nd amendment, but wait, it looks like he may be recruiting an army of imported, freshly minted, welfare recipient citizens, waiting and willing to obey his every command.

Been saving for retirement? Don’t waste your time or your money; spend it now while it still has some value (warning: this should not be considered legal or investment advise. Consult your…before making…):

“…The Government could then take these trillions of dollars and redistribute it through this new national retirement system…”
