Sotheby’s knows its market

$49 million California gentleman’s hobby farm for sale. Friends of Barry, here’s your chance. (You’d think for that much money the firm could afford a spell checker but I guess they haven’t had time to aqcyre one.)

Yes $49,500,000 is a lot of money, but if you are a Master of the Universe and a horse aficionado, HNR is a once in a lifetime aqcisition worth serious consideration.Let me know if you’d like to arrange a personal tour (it’s only 30 minutes from Beverly Hills).

Cheers to a fantastic year for us all in 2013!

Not to worry, Chris. Likely most of the California shoppers don’t even know what the word means – much less how to spell it.

I appreciate that for my $49mil, the house is in “move-in condition.” I was worried it was going to be a fixer-upper.

Looks like a Super 8 motel to me. Hideous.

The best thing about Simi Valley is driving through it.

Looking at the listing….not particularly impressive. It’s mostly rock for land and the facilities (ahem home) looks like it could double for religious cult compound.

I think it would make an excellent high end bordello/spa, from the looks of it.
