So why are we even discussing the matter?

Obama admits it: Assad and his poison pen letters pose no immediate threat to the United States or its allies.

    Dude –
You really don’t know the answer to your own moronic question? You dolt. You anti Hemingway, loquacious, run on sentence loving, writer of drivel. Allow me to answer your naive queary, if you would be so kind. Thank you.

Only savages use chemical weapons. Everyone knows that. So we, as a civilized, moral people, are REQUIRED to show them how to wage war with the proper etiquette. WE BOMB THE FRIGGING PISS OUT OF THEM WITH CRUISE MISSILES AND TOMAHAWK MISSILES (isn’t that racist? Hatchet Missiles?). Then we use drones to hover over their towel wrapped giant heads, so every man, woman and child knows we could light them up with a Hellfire Missile if they so much as BLINK. But we do it like Gentlemen. No chemicals. We turn them into cannon fodder the old fashioned, compassionate way. They will understand it is better to get blown to smithereens rather than by a savage chemical attack. Then they will be a better, more civilized people.

    NOW do you understand?
    You loser.
    Your Pal,
    Walt

I can no longer watch Obama speak. I get physically ill listening to his defensive tone. But the killer is his incessant use of the term “my military”. When my ex-Army son hears the president say that, the hairs on the back of his cute red neck stand up on end. It’s so disrespectful of Obama. But that’s his modus operandi.

BTW, Daily Caller has a fun clip of Biden circa 2012 on some campaign speech saying a vote for Romney means he’d take us into a war with Syria. Funny how now Joe is all for it. Gee whiz.

Remember that Joe Biden is the epitome of the cultural image of classic smarmy politician. During the 1988 primary campaign, Johnny Sasso, Dukakis’s campaign manager was offered a tape of Brit far left Labour pol Neil Kinnock’s stump campaign speech as a model for a speech for Dukakis. Sasso turned it down, but suggested the peddlers reach out to grinning baboon Joe Biden. They did. Consistent with his apparent common practice, Biden promptly plagiarized the speech, Sasso then tipped off the press to the plagiarism. The rest is history.

The lesson in the foregoing is that Biden’s ethical handicaps are legendary and long-standing.

We need a global-warming-induced super-duper KILLER HURRICANE to take the focus off Obama’s total ineptitude! Everybody pray!

Why are we even discussing the matter?

Because it distracts from the ObamaKare implementation fiasco.
Because it distracts from the upcoming budget and debt ceiling discussions, with the President who has run up more debt than any other.
Because it distracts from investigation of a President who has used the IRS as a weapon against political enemies.
Because it distracts from investigation of significant Presidential malfeasance and the multiple crimes comprising the Benghazi scandal, including allowing the deliberate murder of four Americans to cover up other Obama/Jarrett crimes.
Because it distracts from the Executive Administration’s unConstitutional, illegal, and impeachable selective enforcement of laws.
Because it distracts from an utter failure of foreign policy and the utter failure of the narcissistically proclaimed “smart diplomacy.
Because it distracts from discussion and investigation the illegal spying upon Americans by NSA, DEA, FBI, and a host of crony corporations.
Because it distracts from investigating a whole litany of DoJ crimes, Fast and Furious, illegal wiretaps, a racist Civil Rights Division,
Because it distracts from a discussion of amnesty for illegals.
Because it distracts from discussion of the imperial vacations, Michelle’s fat ass, and Barry’s gay lover Reggie Love.
Because it distracts Americans from focusing upon the comprehensive failures of big government.
So no one will ask: “Why isn’t Jon Corzine in jail?”
Because it distracts from the conclusion that Barry is a lying affirmative-action dumbass who is in way over his head.

On a related note (ongoing war on terror), Todd Labraico, a young Connecticut man was recently killed in Afghanistan. He is also the son of a Stamford police officer. Could you please use your influence if you are so inclined to organize a statewide effort to capture our collective sense of loss and gratitude in a way that can be shared with the young man’s family?
    My proposal:
    1) Individuals around the state take a photo of every flag seen flying at half-staff in memory of Sgt. Labraico.
    2) Try to get word to public address announcers for high school or other athletic contests to make an announcement prior to the playing of the National Anthem along these lines: “As we rise for the playing of the National Anthem today/tonight, let us all stand a little straighter as we remember that our flag flies at half-staff to honor the sacrifice of Staff Sgt. Todd Labraico, a resident of New Fairfield, and son of Stamford Police Sgt. Todd Labraico, who was killed recently in Afghanistan serving our country in the war on terror.” Individuals can video the introduction and crowd response.
    3) Organize a central collection mechanism so that all of the images can be presented to the young airman’s family.

  8. “MY military?” That explains why he doesn’t need anyone’s permission. He really is terrible without a Teleprompter. He sort of reminds me of G.W. Bush, but without any soul.

  9. i think some of these people have disappeared because whatever relevance they may have had is long gone. the puerile quotes below each celeb adds amusement:

‘Hermann Goering’s Quote On War And The People’

“Naturally the common people don’t want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY.”
