Gallup: Disapproval 52%, approval 41%. That’s down a bit from the early days after  he’d taken office, when 74% of the rubes approved of his ascension.

    The 41 percent are the ones who voted for him and don’t want to admit they were wrong.

    But he’s still the duly elected President, and the ACA is still the law.

    Remember: GW Bush left office with lower than 20% approval.

    • If ObamaKare is the law of the land, where did Obama find the power to override its provisions via the unilateral exercise of executive power?
      And if he has that power under “the law of the land” (he doesn’t ) and used it to delay implementation of the employer mandate for a year, why is he shutting down the government over the legislature’s plan to (lawfully) delay implementation of the individual mandate for a year?
