16 Francine Drive (near Greenwich Academy), new construction asking $2.975 million, has a deal after just 12 days on the market. Just 0.28 acre, but apparently the buyer considers this “in-town”, and doesn’t need or want more. 3,892 sq. ft.
Poor old 18 Spezzano Drive, in NoPo Riverside, reported an accepted offer just last week but it’s back on today at a lower price. Last week, it was $525,000; now it’s $487,500, which I suspect was the price accepted seven days ago. At some point this will be bargain and it looks pretty good right now, 0.10 of an acre or not.
Wow Francine Drive looks nice for the money, it is close to town and Brunswick, GA and GCDS, it is a reasonable size, low taxes. Not often you see medium sized new construction in mid country.
I doubt that those taxes reflect the final assessment on the house.
Francine is a beauty….decent price for the buyer….this is the kind of product/price point more commonly found in Riverside/OG which is missing in Greenwich proper.
Coscobber where are you finding that house in OG or Riverside for that price today?
The house on Francine is great but gag, there should be a law against naming a street after your child/spouse. I would not live on a street named Francine, even with such a lovely home on it.
Its a 100x better than Spezzano.
And Ricki Beth Lane
These make Francine, Spezzano, and Ricki Beth look great..
