A pyrrhic victory

Three-judge appeal panel overturns judge’s “stop-and-frisk” ruling and throws her off the case for violating the Judicial Code of conduct. Sadly for New Yorkers, their next mayor has promised to drop the appeal.

Nothing more enjoyable than seeing people get what they deserve, and New Yorkers will deserve everything they get.

Giuliani started implementing James Q. Wilson’s broken window theory of crime fighting in 1994. The results have been nothing short of spectacular. How long do you think it will take for NYC to return to the crime rates of 1993?

DiBlasio is going to be more left than Dinkins. Both he and Koch tried to put the city in control of the schools, Bloomberg was finally successful. DiBlasio will return it to the unions.
